I had an issue with a member of staff and Jeremy went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I've rented here for years, the units are well maintained and the staff is almost always friendly and courteous.

Northside storage has been able to accommodate all of my needs including finding me a storage unit at a great price within 24 hours, adding a second unit when circumstances changed and communicating clear instructions for rentals! They also offer packaging supplies in the office for your convenience. Storage units were clean and ready to use that day.

Decent storage facility. Cheap and open 24 hours. Easy to get signed up for a unit. Had it the very same day. Kind of pricey start up fee and they make you have insurance which they provide which cost an extra 10 on top of my bill. Would be nice if it was included in the price of my unit. Update: I went to get into my unit yesterday and noticed my lock had been changed or replaced because my key no longer worked. Read through my lease agreement and it states that the owner may replace my lock if my unit becomes compromised and they do not have to notify me? So I'm not sure if my unit was broken into or what but now I have to call and request a key to retrieve my own belongings. Uncool.

So far things seem secure. Go during the daytime though as there's no lighting nearby. Would be cool if they were near a laundry mat and a daycare.

The staff is nice and friendly. Very helpful and responds fast if you ever have questions or issues. I’ve been storing with them for a year now and have never had a problem. It’s affordable and secure so I feel comfortable leaving my stuff. Love this place!

Quick sign up, auto pay function, and quick sign off or termination of contract when you're ready to haul your garbage somewhere else! Lol. Coded entry for 24/7 access. Reasonable pricing, but definitely worth it to know your belongings are safe! Highly recommend this place. 5 star experience! Thank you guys and gals!

Rhonda and Kathy were very helpful when there was a small issue. Thank you both!!! The property’s access to the gate and units are top of the line and the property is very clean. I would highly recommend this location!
I store my rv camper with north side storage. Very friendly staff, lots of locations to fit your needs. Would definitely recommend.

Owners are really friendly, They went through everything about the storage units, The units a nice and clean, Property is kept nice and clean. Thank for all the help!!!
Can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is very clean and taken care of. There is an app to open and close the gate which is really nice and modern. A really nice thing is they will pick you up or take you to the airport if they aren’t busy. Really nice place and secure

This is the second time in the last 7 years that I had a need for a storage unit. The first time was for a year and I was so pleased with the results, I knew exactly where to go this time. Northside Storage units are clean, reasonably priced, well maintained, contents are safe from weather, 24/7 easy access for customers and I like their gated, security features! Not only for my possessions, but also for my safety on site! Service is great, opening an account is quick and payments online are simple to arrange. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!!

Smooth access any time of the day. The little drum locks in the doors are simple and effective. I arranged the "stuff" with two aisles so anything can be accessed without much trouble.

The door opening is LESS than 8 feet on the 10' wide units, despite what they may tell you. Measure before signing. Much about the Spring Creek facility is pretty nice. New, clean, well kept grounds, helpful staff.

I had let my storage unit on latched by mistake and security took and picture and locked it back up. They called to inform me of what happened and to verify that everything was still there. Have been so helpful right from the beginning.

Excellent facility, Very secure, Well protected from the elements. Managed well, the people are reliable and consistent. The Only complaint is the same complaint I would give to any storage facility: they are agrresrive if yoy are late on your payment, but I feel they are reasonable, given they aren't required to work with you if you find yourself in a situation where you have to pay late.

The best in town. Reasonable prices, enticing new unit specials, gated with personal access codes so 24 hr access to site and individual units. As if this weren't more than enough but their customer satisfaction rate has to be nesr perfect because ive never seen a crew so focused on making business pleasant. A++++++
